At Digi Invent, we believe in complete transparency when it comes to payments and refunds. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for our web design, SEO, digital marketing, and related services. By engaging our services, you agree to this Policy.

General Refund Principles
All our projects require a 50% non-refundable advance to initiate work, with the remaining 50% payable upon final delivery. Refund eligibility is determined by the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation request.
- All refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@digiinvent.com or WhatsApp.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used (bank account, UPI, PayPal, etc.).
- Payments made via payment gateways may be subject to processing fees that are non-refundable (typically 2–3%).

We always try to resolve issues before issuing a refund. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us first — we will do our best to fix it within the agreed scope.

Web Design & Development Refunds
The following refund schedule applies to all website design and development projects:

If the project is cancelled after development has begun, you will receive all completed work files (design assets, partially built pages) that have been paid for.

SEO Services Refund Policy

Important: SEO results take time (3–6 months). We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or leads. Non-achievement of expected results is not grounds for a refund if the agreed services have been delivered.

Ad Spend is Non-Refundable: Any amount spent on Facebook Ads or Google Ads budget is paid directly to the ad platform and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Payment Gateway Integration Refunds

Third-party payment gateway onboarding fees (e.g., Razorpay activation) charged by the gateway provider are not refundable by Digi Invent.

Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Domain registration fees — Once registered, domains cannot be refunded.
- Web hosting fees — Paid to third-party hosting providers.
- Premium plugin / theme licences — Once purchased (Elementor Pro, WPForms, etc.).
- Stock photography / media licences — Images licenced for the project.
- Ad spend — Any budget spent on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or other advertising platforms.
- Third-party API fees — Payment gateway activation fees, SMS API costs, etc.
- Completed milestones already approved by the Client.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@digiinvent.com with your project name, invoice number, reason, and refund amount.

Our team reviews project status and determines the applicable refund within 2–3 business days.

💳 Refund Processed
Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Include in your refund email: Full name, business name, project name, invoice number, payment date, payment method, and bank/UPI details for the refund.

Refund timelines are from the date of approval, not the date of request. Digi Invent is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

Disputes & Chargebacks
We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
- Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in the immediate suspension of all services and blacklisting from future engagement.
- Chargebacks for delivered services constitute a breach of contract and may result in legal action under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- We maintain detailed records of all project communications, milestones, approvals, and deliveries.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Before considering a refund, we will always offer:
- Revisions within scope — If you are not happy with any deliverable, we will revise it per the agreed scope.
- Free bug fixing for 30 days — Any issues directly related to our work are fixed at no cost within 30 days of launch.
- Direct escalation — Email info@digiinvent.com with “ESCALATION” in the subject for immediate attention.
