At Digi Invent, we believe in complete transparency when it comes to payments and refunds. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for our web design, SEO, digital marketing, and related services. By engaging our services, you agree to this Policy.
All our projects require a 50% non-refundable advance to initiate work, with the remaining 50% payable upon final delivery. Refund eligibility is determined by the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation request.
We always try to resolve issues before issuing a refund. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us first — we will do our best to fix it within the agreed scope.
The following refund schedule applies to all website design and development projects:

If the project is cancelled after development has begun, you will receive all completed work files (design assets, partially built pages) that have been paid for.

Important: SEO results take time (3–6 months). We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or leads. Non-achievement of expected results is not grounds for a refund if the agreed services have been delivered.

Ad Spend is Non-Refundable: Any amount spent on Facebook Ads or Google Ads budget is paid directly to the ad platform and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Third-party payment gateway onboarding fees (e.g., Razorpay activation) charged by the gateway provider are not refundable by Digi Invent.
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
Include in your refund email: Full name, business name, project name, invoice number, payment date, payment method, and bank/UPI details for the refund.

Refund timelines are from the date of approval, not the date of request. Digi Invent is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
